Winnisquam Beach Resort is a condo association.
The association is only involved in the sales of units from a legal
perspective of providing potential buyers condo association documents to support the sale.
We also have 11 sites T-sites (Temporary) that the association
itself rents on a seasonal basis. You can contact the association
