At a special meeting of the board held on Friday, September 30, 2016
the board voted pursuant to section 5-100 of the bylaws to remove
Russell Michaud as vice-president and as a board member. The board
has appointed Don Neilson as successor vice-president who shall
serve out Russell Michaud's remaining term. Minutes of the meeting
are available upon request. The vacancy created by Russell Michaud's
departure from the board will be filled as set forth in
section 3-200 of the bylaws.
